General Real Property Appraiser Amy Kintzle of Nelsen Appraisal Associates, Inc. began her studies to become a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in 2012. Her 20 years of professional experience includes institutional commercial real estate mortgage lending and community banking. Amy’s professional experience and continuing education courses allow her to offer high-quality services under the supervision of Gene Nelsen, MAI, CCIM in:
